The Basset is OK!
She really is OK. Well, aside from several small bumps
(a lot really) that keep her busy chewing, especially on her foot.
Had to wrap it in duct tape to stop her; didn't work.
"Gotta chew on something.", I told my coworker when her husband left her with 3 children under 6 for his secretary, 10 years younger.
Trying to quit smoking, chewing nails AND dieting while going through this experience was asking too much!
You've gotta chew something!
